let's talk about that pasta image in the header! alright, you all know how much i loved juniper & shared that they were closing a few volumes back. well, i finally got the courage to try the newest concept from STLG:
rustica. (where juniper used to be) it’s beautiful, they left the old wood bar, and the pizza oven. we tried the burrata app (yum!) and i ordered the grande meatball! haha! yep there’s a huge meatball in there! it was great, and i can’t wait to try some of the pizzas!

i got home from our annual mccall - labor day weekend, ready for all things pumpkins & fall. this playlist really fills my heart, i put a lot of time & digging around into it. featuring artists like hozier, the acoustic warmth of caamp, and the heartfelt lyrics of zach bryan it’s perfect for crisp mornings & golden evenings. listen here.

couldn’t end this volume without a food review! i was lucky enough to spend a weekend in Crouch enjoying starlight theater and the great outdoors before the smoke heavily dropped in. this food review is for literally the BEST PIZZA i’ve ever had. and that’s HUGE! you can find the SHAME COMBO - at, you guessed it, the Dirty Shame Restaurant & Saloon. what a beautiful weekend and amazing food!
