PULSE vol. 13

LeeAnn Cline • March 2, 2022

hello friends! wow february has FLOWN by! a big highlight in the month was our costumer appreciation event at the store this month! thank you to all who stopped by, shared in goodies, and enjoyed our yummy bites! it was great to see so many friendly faces.

& because i love you guys,

here is the recipe

for the bark you all asked about! YUMMY!

this volume of the PULSE is exciting! you all can help me decide which sectional i should put in my basement, i share a unique playlist, we find some simple treasures, and we look at new dining! i'm so glad you are along for the ride! let's go!

“No bird can fly without opening its wings.”

how precious is this little guy. we have these birds in cream, green & blue for $29/ea.

grab some before i buy them all. 😅

okay. 🙈 guys. i found this new band & i can't stop listening to them. maybe you've heard of them. MAYBE YOU ALREADY KNOW they are playing at the Botanical Gardens in July...maybe i am late to the party, BUT none-the-less...i give you: RAINBOW KITTEN SURPRISE.

it's a fun name! it's a chill band. for me it's like cold war kids meets OLD kings of leon. so i've made you a chill indie/rock list based off of rainbow kitten surprise.

meow.

the time has come. i need a new,

"chill-worthy"

seating collection for my basement. i am having a hard time deciding on a sectional OR a sofa/love combo deal. do people sit in the sectional CORNER, or is it better off to just have the separate pieces & a little table in the corner. here are some of the collections i have narrowed it down to...

all collections are available at MHF!

      E L Y Z A

my number 1 while searching was DOWN cushions, because cozy. so i was stoked when the elyza came out! the wide track arms and the modern lines are so attractive! why i love it:

◦ pieces can float anywhere; sides are finished with no hardware

◦ loose reversible cushions

◦ matching otto

          T H E   B I G   C H I L L

if you've ever walked into the showroom and asked for live-able living room furniture. i probably suggested you sit on this collection. IT'S SOOOOOOO cozy. you don't wanna get out of it. why i love it:

◦ the textured microfiber material - it's amazingly soft

◦ deep, deep seats

◦ the oversized fun swivel chair

         S A V E S T O

down filled cushions again like option 1. the main difference here is that each modular piece is a little bit smaller than option 1. also this material is a darker charcoal gray. why i love it:

◦ loose feather blend cushions

◦ cotton soft cloud-like fabric

◦ reversible cushions

so that is where i'm at right now! i'm excited to make a decision (probably after i get back from portugal) and i'll let you know which one i go with and how it looks!

i'm always available to help you find your perfect piece for your home! i LOVE digging through our manufacturers to find the perfect item. if you need any ideas don't hesitate to email me!

what are simple pleasures? i think they are highly personal little things/details that are brief, positive, and emerge in our every day lives. maybe the sunshine, green lights on the way to work, finding a perfect gift, or anything that brings you happiness. here are a few little simple pleasures i've come across lately.

1/ apricot la - love the tie dye napkins. these tones are totally my jam right now. 2/ dusen dusen - how freakin' CUTE is this kitchen timer? 3/ wild one - you guys...this dog bandana. party in the USA - it is designed, sourced & hand printed in the USA. 4/ baggu - recycled, holds up to 50 lbs, and SO CUTE! 5/ take care space - beautiful yoga mat, hand crafted in CA. 6/ brightland - beautiful olive oil - a great gift! 7/ bliss & mischief - how cute is this little tee? tons of other great items! 8/ paper&claystudio - love that persimmon vase. also could be used for pencil holders, makeup brushes, ETC!

the alturs table is perfectly suited for a modern farmhouse style. LOOK AT THOSE SCULPTURAL PEDESTALS. so unique. holding 6-8 people comfortably, the surface is a really pretty natural oak grain.

TABLE $629

high-style choice for casual spaces, this table is my FAV for rustic farmhouse living. loving the deep brown tabletop with a vintage white base for an extra dose of charm.

TABLE $569

clean lined & simply striking. this collection merges high-style with a side of easygoing. i LOVE the geometric base & the modern silhouette.

TABLE $709

(where juniper used to be) it’s beautiful, they left the old wood bar, and the pizza oven. we tried the burrata app (yum!) and i ordered the grande meatball! haha! yep there’s a huge meatball in there! it was great, and i can’t wait to try some of the pizzas!
