if you guys have learned one thing from me over the past 7 months, i LOVE ROOFTOP gatherings. well, if you have driven in downtown boise lately, maybe you've noticed the ROOFTOP BAR signage on the Residence Inn Boise Downtown. would 100% recommend bopping up the elevator to the 3rd floor to check out "The Deck."
i was blown away with how fresh & original the cocktails sounded. i opted for the hibiscus mule & it was refreshing! there is also an extensive list of red & white wines, also tons of beer options! welp, if you are looking for the next place to get a charcuterie board, you know i'm the one to ask! this was an exceptional offering. pickled carrots! olives, tomatoes, pears, 4 cheeses & 3 meats! jalapeño honey brings it all together! enjoy! TONS of seating options. high tables, low tables, couches & more. there are two wonderful fireplaces to sit in front of in the fall. it's comfortable for families with kiddos as well!
